Take a Chance

With spring around the corner up here in the Northland, I’ve decided to try something new…a giveaway. I’ve partnered with Goodreads, the Amazon-affiliated book club and social media site. I’ve added a link on my Press page and I’ll put one here as well.

If all goes according to plan, you should be able to enter the giveaway from now until March 31, 2022 for a chance to win one of 100 copies of the Kindle version of my book. Odds will be determined by the number of entries and there are some stipulations involved, like establishing an account for the book to be delivered. Check out the rules but rest assured, no purchase is required to enter the giveaway.

On another note, I’m ready for the weather to warm. Minnesota takes its sweet time sloughing off the remnants of winter. There’s an indentation on my driveway where water pools and creates a mini-pond of ice. It’s been quite cold lately and I can almost hear that ice daring me to walk across it or drag my trash cans over it. I can’t wait for the eventual heat that will melt the ice and silence the taunts for at least the next six months.

Spring also heralds the end of my “when I get some down time” window for certain projects. It appears my organizational endeavors like reorganizing my files, photos and books are not going to happen. I don’t know when I decided the long winter months were chock full of empty days but that’s not my reality. I guess my ability to avoid some tasks is legendary.
